  Del was absolutely amazing! She got me in and out in less than five minutes, and I am extremely impressed. She was able to help me ship a hand painted banner (very important to my niece for her first day of kindergarten) with no problems whatsoever. 100/10 stars! Thank you, Del!

  This wasn't my delivery but a building where I was going into with my elderly, disabled mother. I had to park several spaces away for nothing. My mother with a lung condition and arthritis in both hips, had to go around this inconsiderate guy. I confronted him as he came to the door. I nicely asked him to please use one of the many open spaces that were big enough to accommodate his truck length that were very close to the door and not block the handicap spaces. He put his head down and acted like he didn't hear me!!! I would not have posted this had he said, "I'm sorry." Nope. Just hurried on like he didn't even see me or my mother who was out of breath. I'm pretty sure this kind of parking is illegal since he was blocking handicapped spaces and right over a "No Parking zone"sign but like I said, I would not have posted this had he been a human being with some emotions and apologized. That's all that was required. If someone from FedEx reaches out, I will let you know where and when in Knoxville this happened. Please do better, y'all. We're all on this space ball together. Can't we just be considerate to each other?

  I'm in restaurant operations; this FedEx location is my go-to print-shop for all things from bag stuffers to menu board translites! The Managers / lead staff there are what set it apart for me, I will go out of my way to visit this location because of Desiree, Josh, and Rico! Not only do they go above and beyond in friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency, but they have helped me creatively problem-solve on a number of occasions. In 6 years of working with them, I think I've only ever received one misprint and they fixed it immediately with no impact to my deadline. Those 3 truly go above and beyond. Love this crew!
