  Absolutely terrible customer service. Your website doesn’t allow me to change the delivery, which is WHY I had to call. The representative was rude, dismissive, and basically told me to find the shipper’s number myself. I asked him to look it up for me, and instead of helping, he said “Have a good day” and hung up on me. If you don’t want to help customers, don’t work in customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Went to this location for the first time in years and I was very impressed. Clean store, friendly personnel and most of all, no waiting. Bravo!

  The guy behind the counter went above and beyond helping me make front and back copies and showing me how to work the machine and pay so I can do it myself next time.
