  I was having problems with my phone not being able to make conference calls, and i came in this store once before, and no one was able to help me. I came back in today, and Colton was in there, and he was very patient , very friendly, and knowledgeable about my situation.He went above, and beyond to fix my problem and I am truly grateful for him. This man is a prime example of excellent customer service.
