  At 8:10 pm on "Saturday evening" 5/30/26, I "wasted" my time stopping at Advance Auto vs O'Reilly Auto or Autozone, both within 3/4 mile from this location on Chapman Hwy: Knoxville, TN only to find the front door "locked"! Say what? Knociking on the door for seeing (2) employees inside, one dude with black hair, mustache, piercings, came to the door and said they were closed due to it being "Sunday"? Say What? In my truck I called and not one employee picked up the phone! On the door and on line a google search indicated stroe hours on Saturday were 9 pm for closing. It was Saturday, folks, so that employee must have been whacked out on something! Irked for having done business at the Chapman Hwy location for "years", I purposefully drove to this location "before" heading to the other 2 stores. Management needs to find out "why" the closure and "why" being lied to by an employee! Irked on Sunday morning, I wasted my time and energy not just Saturday night but now writing this review. Definite thumbs down on this one!

  I needed a replacement bulb for a parking light. Advance Auto had that bulb, and they had hundreds of other things. They also had a good helping of East Tennessee hospitality. Which I appreciated. This is my store now.
