  Mic ferry at 3700 took very good care of me today after having several issues at other stores including 3750, 3190, 5631 - I was having issues at these stores collectively while trying to warranty replace – return a battery and was left hopping to different store to get the same outcome over and over again and even to the point where I was at the store 3190 and went to 3750 and the manager called over and told them not to help me with my battery. The lady at 5631 took my battery and tested it and it was determined that it was bad and then went on to say the the issues I was having was coming from my vehicle and the “system” in it when the battery I was trying to replace was ran for factory equipment and the other said “system” was completely isolated from the factory system and basically said she wasn’t going to replace the battery and to try another store. When I came into the Knoxville location I was taken care of right off the bat and had a very good experience, I was able to not only get my battery situation figured out I was able to talk to nearby employees like Steve who helped me with our commercial account to find the missing information for our tax exemption and lead me in the correct direction as to what I needed to do to get it all taken care of. I was and am highly satisfied and happy with my overall experience today including the food and drawings opportunity for having an account!!!!

  I had the unfortunate pleasure of a vehicle not starting. Checked everything I could. I felt it to be simple, however, I had no where else to turn. I have used Advanced Auto, for several years. Today, once again they proved their worth. After getting it started and getting it there . Mick, at #3700 was as kind and straight forward as could be.. It was a simple connection which he fixed and said thank you. That kind of service with knowledge is rare today. Thank You Mick!

  Stellar experience from start to finish. They were busy when I walked in, but Mic did an excellent job working me in between his other customers so no one really had to wait. He tested the battery, tried everything he could to get the car started, helped me cover the windows when I thought I was going to have to leave it parked with them down and then helped when the tow truck driver suggested something that ended up fixing the problem. I highly recommend this location and snag Mic if he's available. He will go above and beyond to get the job done.

  If this is the advance auto parts with a young man named Grayson I have to give him the highest in customer service and say all employees should follow his example. Came in and all were good but he exceeded my needs as someone that is out of town and had to travel 8 hours back home on a hope and a prayer. The second advanced auto that showed me where I want to come and spend my money.
