  I have consistently had great experiences at the Advanced Auto Parts location on Middlebrook. The customer service has always been excellent, and they have repeatedly gone above and beyond my expectations. However, I wanted to take the time to leave a review specifically because of the outstanding service I received from Ian during my recent visit. I came in with a battery that was still under warranty but was having trouble holding a charge. Ian went above and beyond to help me. He thoroughly tested the battery, cleaned the connections, and even checked my alternator to make sure everything was functioning properly. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood what was going on. Ian also helped me navigate my warranty options and find the best solution for my situation as a customer. I never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain my options and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Ian is a fantastic representative of Advanced Auto Parts, and his willingness to take the extra time to help a customer really stood out to me. I truly appreciate the excellent service and positive attitude he brought to my visit. Huge shout-out to Ian! Employees who take pride in their work, treat customers with respect, and go the extra mile are exactly the kind of people a company should recognize and promote. I hope this review helps highlight what an asset Ian is to this location and to Advanced Auto Parts!

  Let me take a moment to shout out Emily, last week she installed a new battery for my 2021 chrysler voyager, and let me tell you it is tedious, just a bunch of random things that don’t need to be in the way of the battery that you have to remove, she was very friendly, patient, and confident in her ability to extract the battery from the cramped engine bay, 10/10 will definitely do business again, and thank you Emily!

  They had the battery I needed at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the guy behind the counter (Ian) could not have been more helpful, in that he installed the new battery for free on a VERY HOT July afternoon.

  Keith at store 3610 in Knoxville, TN did a fantastic job on helping me find all the right products and parts to finish the job at hand. I even had a part that came wrong in the box, and he did what he could to make things right. He even made phone calls to verify other stores might have ended up having the same problem with this particular item. Great service and communication.

  Ian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Opened the door for my son and I to enter, got the correct windshield wiper blades and explained the differences in products; then installed them for me and showed me how If this guy isn’t already the manager he needs to be. 10/10
