  We had an issue with the battery. We went to the store on Middlebrook and Ian tested the battery and we found out that there was a bad cell. He replaced the old battery and explained the extended warranty perfectly. This experience was super easy and he was a great help! If we ever have car issues in the future, we are definitely coming to see Ian.

  I had a great experience working with Ian this afternoon to replace the 12V battery on our Toyota Camry Hybrid. Ian completed the necessary diagnostics, matched us with the most appropriate battery for a hybrid vehicle, and installed it, all in near 100 degree heat. When he wasn't sure about something, he sought out information and then applied it well, and included me throughout the process, explaining things as we went. He also helped me select new wiper blades and installed them, too. A stressful afternoon turned into an easy one once the new battery was in place, and we have extra assurance because of the extended warranty we purchased through the store. Many props and thanks to Ian for his help!

  Keith at Advanced Auto Store 3610 is always great to work with! He has installed three batteries for me and my business now, and every time he has been incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. He always takes the time to make sure everything is done right and provides excellent customer service. It’s hard to find people who consistently go above and beyond, and Keith definitely does. I really appreciate his help and will continue to come back because of him!

  Had to do business with the 9139 Middlebrook pike location yesterday. I found the battery needed for my fiancé's Honda CRV online So I called ahead to see if it was in stock. I asked the gentleman on the phone if they had a memory saver which is required for most modern-day Honda battery swaps at that location And he informed me that they DID NOT but had the battery in stock. Luckily, I have a friend who is a mechanic And let me borrow a memory saver to do the battery swap myself Once I arrived at the store to purchase the battery. We arrived at 6:20 PM on 9/2/2026 where we where greeted by a young gentleman with dark hair and glasses That politely ask us what we needed and I informed him That I knew of the battery and proceeded to get it off of the rack. When I didn't see it on the rack, another young gentleman with dark hair, came out of nowhere And asked me, what battery size i needed? when I told him the battery type, he scoffed at me and asked" if I was about to get rid of the vehicle?." I replied, no, that we just needed the cheapest battery to get the vehicle going and then he scoffed once again and replied, "well, it's your vehicle." once he returned my battery to the counter, where the gentleman with glasses was ready to ring me out. He proceeds to throw a pack of terminal protectors at the battery, stating that I needed these, i replied that I already had some Along with terminal grease for my battery install, and then he snached them back and shook his head. The young man with the glasses rang us out and offered to carry the battery to the vehicle. I didn't get the name of the guy that came out of the back But I don't appreciate him talking down to us just because we were buying the cheaper battery. Our receipt has the name of "Derek C" at 6:24pm As the person who rang us out. I will definitely be taking my automotive needs elsewhere in the future.
