  So I come in the store on Kingston Pike after leaving the store off North Shore. I had a bad switch. It kept feeding voltage to it even when turned off. The North Shore store didn’t have one so I came to the Kingston store. The staff member Grady, told me he couldn’t look it up in advance auto system because it was bought at a different store, even though it is a nationwide chain, And loss receipt, but he couldn’t look it up in the system he said. After trying, he found it cause it was a week ago. Proceeded to tell me how I should hook things up and how things work. As he tried testing it to see if I was wrong, he just started dropping cuss words cause it wouldn’t work with him. After huffing and puffing he finally exchanged it and he made it known to me in a very starkly voice. I’ve exchange it once I won’t do it again just so you know, Grady I have a masters degree mechanical engineering, I know how it works. I will definitely not come back to the store when somebody treats me as if I’m stupid this is not once, but this is twice and I’m over it.

  My battery was on the fritz and I needed it replaced. Kenneth was professional in checking my battery and helping me find a proper replacement. He switched the battery out and got me on my way in a timely manner. Excellent experience! Definitely recommend!

  Both Nikki and Grady did more than could ever be expected to change my extremely corroded battery. They spent an entire hour working on it, and saved me what would have almost definitely been a very expensive trip to a shop. I cannot thank them enough for their time, sweat, and energy. I’m back on the road same day because of their kindness.
