  Have had several separate incidents of horrible service from here, ranging from incompetent staff to simply uncaring workers. This last time I ordered via the app, paid, and I did so AN HOUR EARLY, (because I knew how horribly slow they typically are), and when I came in (at 7:20pm, they close at 9pm, mind you), the worker says 'oh mobile order? Yeah sorry, we're out of bread, I'll have to refund you.' as he's making a sandwich for a customer there. I had placed the order literally an hour before, as I was leaving work after having to stay late. I simply left. It's just getting tiresome at this point, and it sucks now because my kids like subway, and I've grown up with this location. We'll be making the drive to better options now though I think.

  I placed an order on DoorDash from this store and when we got the order it was all completely wrong and horrible, the next day me and my mother went to the store and spoke with the manager who was AMAZING (I forgot to get her name) she replaced the order and everything was perfect!!! The manger actually cared and was apologetic and so sweet

  Management needs to get a grip here! How dare they make one person work by them selves on a Saturday afternoon! He was working his butt off but there is only so much one person can. Management should be here with him working too absolutely ridiculous

  Went to grab some lunch today & there was one guy working the front on someone who ordered multiple sandwiches (no big deal) and there was one other man in front of me. Another kid yells from the back and asks if he needs help, he says yes please. This kid (curly brown hair) comes out and starts throwing food, making the most inappropriate comments about people pulling in the parking lot, still throwing food, not even listening to people ordering, saying he shouldnt even be there today and wishes people would stop pulling in (all while atleast 7 customers are in front of him) he even went as far as to act like he was banging his head on the bread holder. I could not believe how unprofessional and inappropriate he was being. By this time my food was cold so I told them I didnt want it and left, and will probably never go back into that establishment I the future. He needs to find a new job.
