Went to grab some lunch today & there was one guy working the front on someone who ordered multiple sandwiches (no big deal) and there was one other man in front of me. Another kid yells from the back and asks if he needs help, he says yes please. This kid (curly brown hair) comes out and starts throwing food, making the most inappropriate comments about people pulling in the parking lot, still throwing food, not even listening to people ordering, saying he shouldnt even be there today and wishes people would stop pulling in (all while atleast 7 customers are in front of him) he even went as far as to act like he was banging his head on the bread holder. I could not believe how unprofessional and inappropriate he was being. By this time my food was cold so I told them I didnt want it and left, and will probably never go back into that establishment I the future. He needs to find a new job.

Claimed they lost my order when i came in, i had ordered online. But after waiting a bit they magically found it, then i waited there for an extra 20+ minutes..I got my sandwiches to come home and find out they did not put lettuce on anything. Either they are lazy and just half read the order receipts or they failed to mention to me that they were out and either is unacceptable. Maybe it was my mistake not hounding over them because i assumed they could read the order but what’s the point of having it all spelled out of you if you can’t follow the instructions? It’s not a good look when your employees clearly don’t want to do their jobs they are paid to do. I attached a photo of my sandwich with “extra lettuce.”
