  I ordered off door dash and they forgot my sides. When I called and spoke to the "manager" Davanta he said he packed it himself and everything was in there. Hard to believe when I had to cut the bag open to get to the food. He was unprofessional and I'd be embarrassed if he represented my company.

  Well I ordered 10 wings, and a 5 piece cajun corn. Everything was cold, the corn only have 4 pieces in it and they put 1 fry in the box apparently trying to be cute. The person working the fryer/grill area was literally just standing there playing on his phone. When someone did notice me standing there they did grab my food for me and rang me up for a drink. There was no straws in the lobby and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all night. I ended up throwing my chicken away and ate my 4 pieces of corn and 1 fry. Definitely a waste of $20 bucks. And I even tipped when I originally placed my carryout order.

  Walked in there was no workers in front to take my order. One person was cooking that I could see and 2 people were sitting in chairs staring at their phone. One of them looked up at me and went right back to their phone and I walked out and won’t be back.

  Placed order online, took my money but order wasn’t placed. Called there asked if my order came though cause online was saying declined but my ECU said payment came out. After talking to the lady about it and what to do she told me she couldn’t help me I needed to call my bank. So of course I went down there and there was another customer complaining about the same thing. I will never go here again I get it, I’m very reasonable I saw only 2 people working in there. But the customer service there really sucks on or off phone! Sounds like they need to hire a new manager and crew!
