My elderly father went to make a sandwich today and was turned away and told he could only order my using the App on his phone!! He doesn't know how to do all of that. This is absolutley ridiculous and he left and went somewhere else to eat. Your going to lose alot of business this way...people that are making a sandwich want to see their options....Subway this is just lazy...do better...he was a die hard subway fan until today....he refused to eat at other sandwich places like jersey mikes because he loved subway....and ate it daily....not anymore.

Peppers were contaminated with cleaning chemicals and tasted horrid. When I brought this to the stores attention I received "there's just no way" as a response. Just beware!
Was going to place my order for a few subs and they literally turned me away and said they only do online orders only and if you don't have the app , then you get no service. This is unbelievable, it's a full functioning Subway.So why only the app ?? Poor customer service and very rude.

The girl that made out order was fantastic. She chatted with my daughter and made our order perfect! Wonderful experience!

I ordered a flat bread sub online. There is no option online to select toasted. Every other bread option gives you a choice, but not flatbread. I assumed it would be toasted because it’s not good untoasted.
I called the store when I realized this. The girl who answered the phone kept arguing with me that it wasn’t their fault it wasn’t toasted. I should have put that under special instructions on the app. She eventually agreed to make me a new sandwich.
I asked if it could be ready when I got there. I’m a type 1 diabetic and had taken insulin already. She agreed.
When I got there I was told by another employee that they called the manager and she said they could not remake the sandwich. She kept saying I should have entered toasted under special instructions.
