Owner of this place is beyond disrespectful, racist, rude and aggressive. Unfortunately I witnessed my niece being discriminated against and cursed at for what happened to be a miscommunication between two other subway locations. This location was dirty, smelled terrible and just overall a terrible experience. Contacting corporate to report this store and their staff.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The lady (employee) was beyond unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful not only to me but to other customers as well. She was slamming items around, speaking with attitude, and created a very uncomfortable environment. On top of that, the behavior came across as discriminatory and completely unacceptable.
The store itself was dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to the negative experience. Customer service should never make people feel unwelcome or disrespected.
I will definitely be contacting the corporate office because this type of behavior cannot continue. It’s understandable why people no longer want to work or shop there when employees are allowed to act this way without accountability.

Night shift employee screamed at customers and was very hateful to a customer that was picking up a DoorDash order.
I have never eaten anything this sorry in my lifetime . It was so sorry it stunk! Why isn't a place like that closed down by the health department!
