This evening I was beyond frustrated, and this is not the first time. I use the mobile app to order my food so it is ready before I arrive and I do not have to wait. Most of the time this is not a problem. However, this evening pushed me too far. I ordered and paid for my food through the app at 16:23, and received confirmation the order was received. I had scheduled my pickup to be ready 17:00-17:05. I received an email at 16:44 stating my food was almost ready to pickup. Great! Not the case. When I arrived at 17:20 I was told my order had not even been started, because she "was the only one there and there was a big order that came in before mine". Okay fine...but you had an hour to prepare it before I arrived and a push notification was received stating differently. This is the second time I have paid for my food at this location and not received it because of this reason. So, off to work I had to go for a 12 hour shift with no food. Thanks Subway!

Wanted the lunch special without bread and he charged me for a salad. Could under understand if it was a bigger portion size than with bread, but it wasn’t. Slow service. Lettuce was brown
