  I placed an online order for a family member who is in the nursing home. I ordered a footlong, but when my family member received it, it had ingredients on it that did not even come with the base sandwich, as well as it only being a six inch sub. I had to call the store several times just to be able to speak to someone about the issue and was hung up on twice. My overall experience is very underwhelming and disappointing.
