  Their quality has gone downhill in the recent months. They increased their prices, decreased the sizes of the wings, and offer less fries now. Honestly not worth your money anymore.

  Placed a pick up order and it said it would be ready at 12:16. My boyfriend goes into pick it up at 12:20 and after 10 minutes still isn’t back to the car so I go in and check and they had given our order away to someone else. So we had to wait another 20 minutes(30 total) for them to remake our food. There were no other customers at the time when we were waiting either so I don’t even know why it took so long. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience other than 1 drink and they didn’t put the lid on our large ranch fully so it spilled in the bag. Very disappointed in the service.

  order was made for 6:30 pick up time. My partner showed up at 6:33 due to traffic, three minutes past pick up time. The food wasn’t ready, no issue because it was only three minutes past. The issue started after forty minutes had passed and the food still wasn’t ready but everyone around them was being served their food. Even people who showed up later. Mind you this was for one meal of wings and fries, it’s not like it was for a party or anything. One meal, waited 40 minutes and it was never cooked.

  Absolutely Outstanding! I’ve eaten at plenty of wing places, but Wingstop in Johnson City, TN absolutely knocked it out of the park. The wings were hot, fresh, crispy, and loaded with flavor, and the fries were. Everything came out tasting like it was made with care instead of just thrown together. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and actually seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. That goes a long way these days. If you’re in Johnson City and craving some seriously good wings, do yourself a favor and stop by Wingstop. The food, the service, and the overall experience were all on point. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 — absolutely recommend! Thank you, Destine!
