    if I could leave zero stars or negative I would. I've never had an issue with this store as I've shipped things here from time to time over the years but brittnie who told me she is the store manager here (I'm not sure if that's true or not) was who we talked to on the phone over a package that never got delivered from the store . while on the phone the girl just absolutely flipped a switch while we were talking trying to get some resolution on it asking questions. As a customer whose package was lost we had every right to be pissed and neither my girlfriend nor I raised our voice or got disrespectful in any way and this girl literally just flipped a switch and started shouting at us over the phone that we were not going to berate her or disrespect her and told us she was there till 7 o'clock if we wanted to come have a civil conversation. So I go down there with some documentation in hand to show her what we were talking about and I asked her who was responsible for this package once we gave it to them because she said it was not their fault. she continued to tell us that it was our fault for not keeping the receipt. Well we did throw the receipt away when the manufacturer of the package that was supposed to be returned to us sent an email and said we are shipping you your new machine. anyway then she just immediately said that my behavior was threatening to her. i literally laughed and said you all lost our package.She asked me to leave. So I said OK can I have a case number for the phone call she said was recorded earlier. she would not give me that. I said can I have a contact number of the owner or a regional manager and she would not give me that. She was incredibly overdramatic and rude and disrespectful beyond words and the reason I wanted the case number for the phone call was so whoever needed to see it or hear it could see that we absolutely were neither one of those things. there was another male worker in there and I feel sure he probably wanted to crawl under the desk I could just tell by his demeanor that he was embarrassed at the way she was handling the situation. I have been angry over customer service at times just like anyone and this was actually not one of those times. neither me nor my girlfriend raised our voice we didn't get smart we didn't get rude she literally went off like someone who was unstable or someone who was looking for a fight or looking for trouble I sincerely hope whoever her superiors are see this

    I had excellent service here! I was confused with shipping since it was my first time and I didnt know what to do, The worker, Jacob. Helped us put alot. I love this friggin store dude Its amazing

    Will be contacting corporate as well girl Kaylee rude being lazy to do their job simple return but tired to say she couldn’t do it, but guess what at the end of it it was supposed to be returned

    I use Amazon and other online shopping experiences quite a lot. Actually weekly I live one hour from a local UPS store to make exchanges. This location I happened to use for the second time. The lady that waited on me she acts like she’s the manager I’m assuming I did not get her name. I had a box with some heavy items in it. These items had been shipped in the box that I was returning them in two of the corners had been slightly torn upon shipping. She said these will need to go in a box. I politely replied this is the box that came in, so I’m going to be returning them in that box. She went only explained that she did not think that it would work since one of the corners was slightly torn. I asked do you mind taping it. She put one strip of tape down the middle of the box and that’s all she was going to do. She went on to explain that they were limited and how much tape they could use. I politely picked up my box I left. I took it to another UPS store three blocks over. I handed her the same box she politely asked how my day was going had small talk conversation excepted the box with no issue no explanation and put four strips of tape on the box. That is the difference between sorry customer service and the customer service that each customer deserves. I do not recommend at all if you use this store do not allow the lady that has a long blonde ponytail to wait on you.
