  I had a wonderful experience at the "UPS Store" today...a very new employee, Levi, ended up with me...I had a rather drawn out and slightly difficult situation. He was very professional in helping me throughout the process, which took a considerably long time. He was never impatient or aggravated while I had to go back and forth on the phone several times to get this package shipped out using the best option for the "buyer"...it was nice to have someone like him taking care of me today!

  The store associate Tiffany was very friendly and professional and helped with all my questions. She ensured that all my needs were met to get my package there on time. I will use this store for any future shipping needs that I have.

  This is a huge shout for Raymond Mann at the Johnson City UPS! I recently had a foot injury and he has consistently met me to help me in the door and even met me at my car on several occasions.   Raymond at the Johnson City UPS store is always eager to help and consistently has the best attitude. He is friendly professional, and goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stands out. Raymond is a wonderful asset to the UPS store and I always appreciate seeing him there.
