  Felicito a esas chicas fueron muy amables conmigo, me ayudaron mucho. Ojalá y todas las personas fueran así de amables y dulces. Recomiendo ir a este hermoso lugar a imprimir sus documentos. Bendiciones a todos los trabajadores fui el día jueves en la mañana fue genial excelente servicio.

  We stopped in at Fed ex for directions and Marvin helped us to get to the Etsu college. He is very polite and customer focused. We will make sure to come back to this fed ex when we need something because we can be sure that Marvin will give us GREAT GUEST SERVICE !! Thank you Marvin !! 😃

  Quick service. Only took about 5-10 minutes for them to open 3 boxes, scan serial numbers , print shipping labels, reseal boxes, label, give me receipt, and ship . Good job.

  I had to return multiple Amazon items in 1 package. My first attempt resulted in Fed Ex not accepting some of the other items because they didn’t fully read the description that said “(the first item) AND 3 additional items.” with 1 QR code. After loads of challenges, I went back to Fed Ex and (enter the sound of angels) Marvin quickly and easily problem solved EXACTLY what needed to be done. He should 100% be a manager. Smart, kind, quick problem solver, excellent customer service. Working with him exceeds the 5 stars which was able to salvage my rating and my confidence with this store. Thank you, Marvin!
