  They sem very unwilling to help any customer, especially if the employee also speaks Spanish and a Spanish speaking customer needs help, but for those who only speaks English good luck on getting any quality help

  Went in to get a type c adapter and type c charging cord. Sold me the wrong cord (2 micro USB). I had incorrectly assumed that they new the equipment better than myself that they sell and let them collect it and ring it up at the register. Attempted to come in and exchange it or return it for the correct one the next day with an unopened package. However they refused. They do not tell you that they do not accept exchanges or returns even on unopened packages. I do believe they purposely sold me the incorrect item to just move their stock. Do not recommend this store. The same manager runs and operates the other stores in the area. Recommend go with a different phone service if this is how they do customers

  I just upgraded my phone at the West Market Street location (#467). Chris W. was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me choose and set up my new Moto g stylus 5g! Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! Cricket wireless is lucky to have him as an employee and should take care of him! I will seek him out in the future when I need help with my phone! Thank you Chris!!!!
