  I am writing to commend McKenzie, Kile, and Ally. When I went into the store today, I couldn't find what I needed and McKenzie and Ally helped me find everything within minutes! They knew every item in the store and had the things I needed in my hands so fast! They were so sweet and nice. What a great addition to your team!!! And then Kile helped me with my battery and went out to my car and got the battery for me to charge it. He also helped me find the parts that I needed! I love, love, love your staff and this is the only Auto parts store I will EVER come to because of your awesome staff!!! Keep up the good work!

  Has got to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We brought apart in there and I get it. It was dirty and the box was damaged. I was like if we clean it could we return it trying to offer solutions none were given absolutely like talking to a brick wall then I called and asked if they could give me a receipt because at the very least, OK whatever we can't return it let's write it off. I called him over the phone. He said we cannot reprint a receipt. I was like OK that's fine. I just need it for my accountant as proof of purchase. Can you email it to me? Mind you we purchased it under a phone number and they have the record of the purchase and he got snippy with me and hung up. I get it The part wasn't up to your return standards but at least tell me what I need to do to fix it or give me a receipt so I can write it off.

  Stopped by Advance Auto in JCity today. After a HORRIBLE wreck, my lift gate wouldn't close. Kyle @ Advance, was a wonderful help! He looked over my damage and He got my hatch/trunk to close and got so dirty helping me with something scrubbing my tire. Bless him! Knowledgeable, caring, thorough!

  We were out of town and had truck problems, Kyle did an awesome job and went above and beyond to help us get our truck going!
