3-4x upcharge on parts is criminal, I guess we live in a world where everyone saw the rich man screwing over their fellow man and instead of thinking maybe we can do better we decide to join in. One big club amongst these scammers

Jake was very helpful at the Market Street Advance Auto in Johnson City. He was more than willing to help install headlights. Every time I come to this store I have gotten very good customer service. That’s rare these days.

I was directed to this store on W. Market St next to Aldi by an employee at a competitor auto parts store. Bradley waited on me, and I could not have asked or prayed for a kinder, more thorough explanation and awesome customer service!! I was very apprehensive because I had broke down on the interstate, and limped into that parking lot in tears. He was so calming and helpful to this scared woman throughout this process! I can't imagine ever going to anyone or any other auto store again. He was so respectful, kind and patient. Thank you Bradley, for everything you did for me!! I hope to get my car back on the road today after a 4 day visit to an auto repair shop.
