Mobile app worked but the employee and manager older lady claimed they never received my order. Three times in a row. I than began to ask for a manager the guy "Eddie" ignored my question and after I asked again he said she was in the back and walked off. After I got his attention again he finally went and got her and they mozied on about their day ignoring me when I asked can I just go ahead and order. I ended up a $13 loss and no service and no sub. Only reason fooling with the app is to get the discount. If you're gonna offer a discount on the app make it work right if not management should honor it. I showed her screen shot of my order and my bank statement. She ignored me and walked off. Jefferson City TN subway do better!!
I do not know if its employees or management, but this location has severely been impacted. A lot of the times I go my sandwich isn’t even toasted or made incorrectly. This time I genuinely cannot even make excuses for this. I paid for extra meat and I was given THREE sliced of bacon. That isn’t even enough for the normal BLT let alone WHEN I PAID FOR EXTRA. I called TWICE because I wanted to speak to someone before I waste my gas and go up there and they won’t even remake it for me or give me a refund. Paying the $8 for this 6 inch is already bad enough, but they don’t even give me what I freaking paid for? It is unacceptable to raise your prices, shrink your product, and treat customers this way. I want a refund, but it seems I can’t even get ahold of anyone to request one!!!!

These two guys cleared five orders while I was making my mind up for what I was going to order.
Good job men them two partnering is a win-win for the store..
Reason I say this is that guy was making every sandwich changing gloves every time he handled everything with precision.
I thought it was cool the knife he cut with the Chicken bacon, ranch foot-long had a clean knife after for my Five meat Italian. The guy did a great job I really think he might even be in the owner or a general manager or something. That’s how good of a job he did secrets up dude we know you own the place. Lol
Couldn’t order off app because the card readers were down so had to order in store the exact same order I had rang in the mobile app my order was$25 but after going inside the employee proceeds to charge me $50 for the exact same order and wouldn’t you m ow it there card reader was working so I had to pay $50 for $25 worth of food.. if your hungry eat anywhere but here they will just scam you and charge you extra. When it was brought to the employee attention how much he charged he said he didn’t care and his manager wouldn’t tell me the same thing…
