Most horrific experience! Waste of time, gas, and energy; to not be helped by the inexperienced female, no more than the male whom stated: "Uh, Well, I, Um, just started working here, so, I really do not know anything at all." Clearly, that was the case! Do your research and do not believe this horrific little inexperienced spot. The female stated that: "Corporate is non-existent" and only offered to call an alleged General Manager (did not do it, no more than either of the two paid employees assisted me in getting my service restored with them). Yes, I went to the store. Yes, with my Cricket phone. Yes, with a pre-paid refill card. Yes, still got nothing but the "run-a-round. Believe the reviews about this particular location because they are definitely sad, but true! The female doesn't know the first thing about true customer service, no more than she even could comprehend the meaning of the Federal Communications Commission!!!
