  Ok I know nothing is ever perfect, but I have been in this restaurant multiple times either for myself or for DoorDash customers. It is literally always ridiculous on the wait, the restaurant is almost always dirty with extremely sticky floors and dirty tables, the food is nowhere near as good as you’re promised, and the service vastly varies depending on who is working. I’ve seen the kitchen swamped with no one waiting to order and the person up front just sitting there looking at you instead of helping get the orders out. I don’t understand what is going on here? Someone seriously needs to get it together or this place won’t last long.

  It’s very disappointing because I absolutely love wingstops food but the customer service there is terrible everytime I go it takes 45 mins to a hour just got my food even if it’s one 3pc tender combo with carrots wether I place an order ahead or not and almost every time they either short me on food or completely get the flavor wrong today I ordered a hot honey 3pc combo and got some garlic Parmesan tenders I can eat Parmesan I’m allergic they genuinely need to work on getting some employees in there who actually care about their job and customers because clearly their current employees do not..

  Complete bullshit, evidently they ran out of ranch dressing and the little bit they had left, I guess they thought they could get over and just add Bleu cheese dressing and pass it for ranch. And the food is nasty. I will never order from Jackson, TN Wingstop ever again and I dont recommend anyone else order either. Place has gone to shit since they 1st opened. Ok rant over. Waste of money

  Nasty rude people, floors are just as nasty. I saw them shake wings in a bowl that look like sauce had been dried there for ages. Food disgusting corn was dry hard and overly salty. Waited for over an hour and they still didn’t have my order right was just told oh well theres a lot of orders on the screen so basically so what. All the workers look dirty like they don’t bathe.Wont be back. If I could give negative zero stars I would.
