  placed an online order on 05/31 at 8:26. I arrived at 8:39 to pick up. There was no one inside, doors locked, and the lights were off. I waited in my vehicle for 20 remaining minutes it was then 8:59. At 8:59, I see the two owners walking into the establishment. I proceeded to tell them that I have been at the restaurant since 8:39 & no one has been here. I then ask if there is anyway my food could still be made or could they refund me. She told me no & there was also no way to handle online orders. I then asked for someone higher up (HR, management , corporate) contact information. She says there’s no corporate or anyone higher up phone number nor email. This is unacceptable and dissatisfying how this was handled. Not only was the restaurant shut down 30mins-1 hour before closing but the phone number provided on the door for Ms. Judy Patel also is disconnected & do not work. I am absolutely sad and frustrated how customer service was handled. This was not resolved how it should have been. Please treat your customers and establishment better. I will be furthering this situation.

  If you’re gonna order on the app with a coupon don’t order from this subway. Sandwich was very skimp… and I guess since I used a coupon on the app they gave me the smallest loaf they could find 🤣 I would recommend the subway by dodges over any.

  The worst experience they barely put any meat on your sub. He got upset because I mentioned that he was tearing the meat apart. He told me to get out in don't come back. Very poor customer service.

  Very clean restaurant. Friendly, attentive and patience staff. My food was tasty and fresh! Nice seating arrangement so i could just sit and enjoy the view to relax.

  This location is by far my favorite in Jackson. The couple who operates this franchise are always friendly when I come in and I have never had a bad experience with the food here. I will say it can be hard to understand what they are saying or asking just because of the accent. I will continue to keep this subway as my go-to
