Older non computer savvy folk beware. Maybe I didn't make.my printing needs known clearly. Faxing items services wonderful .

I tried to ship family heirlooms from my father and brother who have passed away from Jackson Tennessee to Burbank California. Fedex damaged the package and disposed of it before I could even try to pick it up to see if I could salvage it. It was almost impossible to speak to someone and when I finally did they couldn’t even tell me what had happened to my package and were no help at all. When I filed a claim it was denied and I can’t get a refund for the money I spent to ship it.

My package was opened and the contents were stolen. It was delivered late with a re-taped empty box. The contents were over $100. Love how this location was the last one to have possession of the package and it was delivered with nothing in it. Great work guys.
