  I've been in this establishment twice. And both times it seems like they're just out for a sale. First my phone was stolen I was in a desperate State of mind to get my phone shut off and be get another phone. I always buy unlocked phones my preference. I was charged and upgrade fee. When asked why I was not given an explanation and was charging additional 20 25 bucks. Second visit. One of the updates Knox cricket SIM card out you just simply have to put it back unaware of this I went to this store again and it went from your phone is no longer compatible so we're not allowed to touch other people's phones once I figured it out and went to show them how to help other customers figuring they will run into this more and more. Cricket is not a bad company. However I will never return to this store again twice in a row I'm not going for a third
