  It is truly sad to go to a store to connect a service and encounter such a complete lack of empathy, even when it comes to helping a customer reach customer service. The two female employees there only wanted to push phone sales and showed zero interest in helping. They refused to assist me or contact customer service on my behalf, claiming I had to do it all by myself, fully knowing how difficult it is to get through, and wouldn't even sell me the SIM cards. Terrible customer service. ​Español ​Es muy triste ir a una tienda a conectar un servicio y encontrar una total falta de empatía, incluso para ayudar a comunicarse con el servicio al cliente. Las dos empleadas solo querían empujar la venta de teléfonos y no mostraron ningún interés en ayudar. Se negaron a asistirme o a comunicarse con atención al cliente de su parte, argumentando que tenía que hacerlo yo misma a pesar de saber lo difícil que es, y ni siquiera quisieron venderme las tarjetas SIM. Pésimo servicio al cliente.

  Always turn off service. Supposed to be automated pay. It never auto pay. It’s a cell for business husband cell phone. Going back to Verizon at my phone service.
