Most of the time I get my packages here in a somewhat timely manner BUT this time I really don't understand why the delivery person could not read a simple address. Definitely not my neighbors address which are both posted clearly on our mail boxes. Mine also by my driveway. So why is my package at my neighbors house down the road.
Heavy large box needs a truck to move to my house that I don't have and FedEx is (working on it) 😀😃 very funny said it would be fix yesterday .
I needed my packages today. That is why I ordered when I did so it would be here. The first one was. But some idiot driver has made life difficult by putting my box on a different porch and taking a picture to say it has been delivered. They should make them take a picture of the house with the address in it and the package. You can stand at my drive and get a pic of my porch and address. Not just some random up close one that now you have to fight the robo system over because it tells you it was delivered. Yes, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The office was completely empty when I arrived, and I waited for 20 minutes before I finally managed to flag someone down.
Even though their listed services explicitly include label printing, I was told they couldn't do it. Beyond the technical issue, the staff member was completely unwilling to help or offer any solutions. It is incredibly frustrating to wait that long just to be met with a lack of effort and a refusal to provide basic advertised services. Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

Have tried to get them to stop delivering my packages to the post office and they just will not quit.
