  Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would. The ladies working there are very nice and good with their customers but don't seem to really know what they are doing and I always leave more confused than when I entered because they did not address my concerns in a way that made it easier for me to understand. I called 611 and got more out of the guy who couldn't speak English!! I've been to this particular store about 4 or 5 times and every time they were late opening up the store with at least one other customer waiting for them to get there and open the doors. They don't seem very knowledgeable about Cricket wireless and couldn't answer my questions.
