  The little fell inside was doing a wonderful job, it was his SECOND day. While the shift lead was outside making out with her boyfriend. Very unprofessional.

  I order a spicy Italian sub and they put japelo peppers on it, I remove them but the sandwich still tasted spicy, someone rang the ticket up wrong and I paid the price. It will b a minute before I order from this store again. This is the first time I had an order wrong.

  Worst subway experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 starts I would. I placed a pickup order timed for 7:15. When I showed up to the store ON TIME there was no one in the store behind the counter. I think there was only one girl working there who was washing dishes and it took about 15 minutes of me standing there for her to notice me. I told her I was there to pickup my order, and she informed me that she hadn’t made it yet. At this point, it was 7:30, but the order was already paid for online, so I waited for her to make my order. I left the store at 7:45 . What was supposed to be a simple pickup order took forever, and the girl behind he counter didn’t seem to care at all! The reason that I’m making a review about this experience is because there was not a single patron in the Subway and no one came in while I was in there. There is absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have made my order to be ready on time. And there is no reason why the worker needed to have an attitude with me when she didn’t deliver any timely service. If there isn’t enough employees, then hire people!!
