  I used to ❤️ Kinkos and was a loyal customer for 3 DECADES. My double-sided 12-page project x 2 was done INCORRECTLY by 3 staff members over 5 HOURS, which made me 5 HOURS late to Chattacon, where I was an Official Gaming Guest!!! And, I only received HALF of my order!!! I was told by the manager that I would receive a full refund on the spot - but I did not get it until 5 days later!!! I even called that morning to confirm that everything was cool and that I would be able pick it up on time. I was told that it would be fine. Unfortunately, It Was Not!!!

  I place print orders with the Hixson location monthly, sometimes more often. The staff are always kind, helpful, and quick with my orders. I often deal with Cody, and he's the best, but the whole team is top notch! I strong recommend this location for all your printing needs and special orders. Great experience always!

  I had the best first time experience at Fedex because of the customer service. Top notch employees, especially Cody. I was limited on time, however Cody printed what I needed in no time. It was a humongous poster that needed to be printed, and he was able to resize it with no complaints. He was patient, quick, and very kind with my last minute request. Employee of the month!

  Staff was friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and helped me find solutions. Fixed an issue for an angry customer while i was there and handled it very professionaly.
