  Placed a DoorDash order that was wrong I brought iit back to the Hendersonville Wingstop (defeated the whole reason I door dashed ) and the Latino manager charged me AGAIN for what I ordered!!! Redunded me through door dash for 1 order rather than the two orders that was wrong and I repaid for. . All this crap for a meal and she’s rolling her eyes to my face!!! I was still nice wonder if she worked all day ordered her food and what she paid for with her hard earned money was gross bet she’d want it made right not charged twice or treated rudely. She needs much better communication/customer service skills!!! Very rude lady!! She was even rude to another customer whose fries were thrown in her bag upside down like she was oissed off to have any of these problems a simple I’m sorry your order was wrong would have been nice for us all at least me I would have appreciated it. Need a new manager at Hville location!!

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Anyelin Del Carmen at the Hendersonville Wingstop! She went above and beyond to help us with our order and made the whole experience so much better. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. We also noticed our food came out much faster than it used to, so whatever changes Wingstop has made are definitely working. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Anyelin is a perfect example of how it should be. Thank you for making our visit a great one—we’ll definitely be back! Employees like Anyelin are the reason customers come back. Please let her know she’s appreciated! 👏🍗

  The food quality honestly has taken a nose-dive lately, the wings are never sauced properly.
