  There are so many good things to say about this UPS store. I like the cleanliness of the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the professionalism of management. The Public is fortunate to have such fine individuals at this location. UPS is fortunate to have such fine management there as well.

  Since relocating our business to Hendersonville, I'm shipping with this store everyday. Shandra and the team are exceptional partners to work with. They are so friendly, professional and dependable. It's rare to find such high-quality these days, and I truly look forward to going in the store everyday. The store itself is kept spotless and organized...I highly recommend everything about this awesome UPS store.

  This is my new fav store!! Gallatin has gone downhill due to the manager. She is so rude and has ruined that store. This store is always clean and organized. The staff is beyond kind and they get things done happily. Its refreshing. Thanks yall!!!

  Absolutely rude customer service. I understand that working with the public can be difficult, but when the customer is simply trying to verify why pricing was so high, it isn’t necessary to become so defensive and rude. Definitely will not use this location again. “We have cameras and calls are recorded”. Good. I hope they use it and learn to train employees a little better.
