  THEE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER EVEN THOUGHT WAS OUT THERE!!!!! The dude with dreads gave about 2 single slices of meat on my sandwich!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT the regular amount of meant that you are given at ANY other subway EVER (and I travel ALOT)... HE PILED on the veggies which I guess is cool?? But whats he trying to say?? I believe the owner should check this out more.

  Stopped here on my way back to Murfreesboro. I saw a customer being very rude to one of the workers Breanna. Breanna was extremely kind in replying to the lady that was rude despite an onslaught of negative comments coming her way. I feel sorry for the dude that drove home with that unkind lady.

  Parking lot and sidewalks are nice and clean. Inside is very clean and well organized. I placed my order and as the staff member was making my subs I told her that the air conditioning in my car had stopped working several miles back and it was actually blowing hot air in my face, the temperature inside my car at the time was 104 degrees and I needed to cool off. She happily told me that I was more than welcome to stay there and cool off for a while. Most places after you get your food they want you to hurry up and leave. I'm very thankful that they let me stay and cool off. More places should have employee's like these. And the subs were delicious and that ice cold Mtn Dew hit the spot.

  I had just recently tried this Subway® for the first time this location specifically and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. You can probably see my review from before it was TERRIBLE!! that being said I wanted to give this place another chance in hopes that I could write a better review next time unfortunately that is not the case. This place seems to only hire incompetent people that don’t know how to do their job…? I place an order online, Everything I want is on the ticket. They have how to make a sandwich right in front of them and yet they still mess it up every single time. This is genuinely the worst subway I’ve ever been in. It’s like when you walk in you’re teleported to the gates of hell. somehow, they have forgotten every sauce, except mayo on my sandwich. They have cut through the bread in multiple places and mangled the wrapping so bad that when I unwrapped my sandwich, it all fell apart. I have worked at a sub place before it is not this difficult!!! truly, this is probably some of the easiest work. Someone has to do in their life, and the people in this place are so terrible that the training is probably blind leading the blind. I will never go here again . I TRULY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER COME HERE 😭😭😭😭

  I want to personally recognize Josh,Amy, Brooklyn they have the most outstanding customer service I've seen in along time and they done a outstanding job on making my family's sandwiches. These guy really need some kind of reward from the higher ups. Keep the great job guys and I work in customer service myself so I know how much it means when people tell u great job. From the bottom of my heart please keep the great smiles and service they go along way.
