I went through the drive through and no one answered. So I decided to go inside. I was greeted and she told me she was out of what I wanted. So I ordered something else. What I didnt appreciate is the other associate sitting on the floor behind the counter. The associate who made my sandwich was then ringing me out and was mumbling about farting on the girl who was sitting on the floor. Pretty gross and made me lose my appetite.
I visited this location today 2/27/26 and was disappointed by my experience. When I walked in, there were three employees working at the front preparing orders, and the store was not busy at the time. While I was waiting, I overheard staff members mocking customers and referring to an order as “gross.” making faces at each other. They were even discussing their negative opinions about the order with another customer.
The order in question was a meatball salad i ordered , which is simply a variation of protein in a salad and not unusual in any way. Hearing employees speak negatively about a customer’s food choice was unprofessional and inappropriate. Customer service should always include respect and discretion, regardless of personal opinions.
I am all for opinions but talking about them in front of customers is rude.
I have visited this location before and never experienced issues in the past. The manager has always been kind and professional, and i dont believe she was here while this happen which is why this interaction was especially surprising. I hope the staff receives additional training to ensure customers are treated respectfully moving forward.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will likely choose to visit a different location next time.

PUT MORE STAFF ON FOR LUNCH 2 people for the line out the door and drive thru!! it’s been packed out the door for weeks especially on Mondays your losing sales because you don’t want to invest in the labor ITS RIDICULOUS TAXES HAVE DROPPED PREPARE YOUR BUSINESS ITS NOT A NEW IDEA!!!!!!!

I am in shock! STALE BREAD! I have never received a sub with stale bread at a subway! NEVER again will I go to this location. The service is usually not the best either.
I do recommend the Kingston Subway. I dont mind running over there a few miles more for fresh bread/food.

Food is good if you’re able to get your order taken. Specifically the drive thru. I’ve sat there 10 plus minutes multiple times. I’ll never try again. Don’t have a drive thru if you can’t run it
