Helped me find the part I needed, handled my purchase, provided me with tools, and helped install the bulbs I purchased. She was very kind and very professional and even handled my part replacement very well when she helped install. She deserves to be paid high because she proves to be highly capable of the job. I insist that she gets a promotion or a raise in her pay. I was extremely impressed and expect to be dealing with her for every visit in that location. She is a phenomenal worker.

  Stopped by in a loaner car that threw codes at me. Staff were eager and very helpful; got the codes read, parts were in-stock, and I was on my way in a jiffy. Kudos!

  Store is neat and clean upon entry. We were greeting by a friendly associate as we walked in. We needed a radiator replacement. She looked up our vehicle and found three choices. We reviewed and made a selection She let us look at the part before the purchase to make sure it was the correct fit for our vehicle. It turned out it was not, so we were able to determine the correct fit and made our purchase. We had the part installed in less than an hour with no hassles. You cannot do much better than that in this day and age. I highly recommend this store. Makinsey C. was on top of her game and made the chore fast and smooth. Thanks Advance Auto, Harriman!!!!!

  Brent was a great help lending a hand getting my pickup back on the road when the tensioner pully failed. Jumped right into action no hesitation helping me fix the truck on the spot.

  I I got to hand it to the boys running the store in Harriman TN I dropped a set of keys down the defroster vent and couldn't get them out it took the guys a half hour to fish them out but they got them so hats off to the fellas at the Harriman store they get a five star form me.
