  I was helped by Ashley in the Greeneville,TN store....not only is she very attractive but she is sweet as she can be, very knowledgeable and confident in her ability to help her customers...very good customer service.

  The rep was either ignorant of his job processes or too lazy to do his job. We brought in a phone for the legally blind to have our SIM card transferred. He put the SIM card in the new phone and told us it was working. It was not working and we had to make a second trip to the store. The rep failed to see if the phone was compatible with the service. This is the first thing he should have done. Why don't you hire people who know how to do their job? After being a long time customer, we will be changing services. Thanks for causing us such inconvience.
