The rep was either ignorant of his job processes or too lazy to do his job. We brought in a phone for the legally blind to have our SIM card transferred. He put the SIM card in the new phone and told us it was working. It was not working and we had to make a second trip to the store. The rep failed to see if the phone was compatible with the service. This is the first thing he should have done. Why don't you hire people who know how to do their job? After being a long time customer, we will be changing services. Thanks for causing us such inconvience.

So I am going to start off by saying Devin and the girl working with him are really good people. But the store main manager is a liar. I called the store and asked them if I came in could they remove activation. He said yes if you but a phone case. I took the time out of my day to go to the store. I picked the phone. And Devin called his main manager to get the activation removed. In which the manager said no. After I called the store and was told they would. That was a real jerk move!! I would have never gone in the store to get this phone if I knew they were going to go that. I would have ordered online. The people that work in the store were real nice but the manager is a liar. If you want a cricket phone order it online. The prices are cheaper and you can do everything in under 3 minutes and it will waive the $25 activation charge. I don’t do well with liars at all. And the main manager is a typical liar. Devin I know you’re going to read this. I know you’re going to remember me. But don’t take this personal. This is directed directly at your store manager.nothing in here has anything to do with you. You did an awesome job, I felt stupid to walk out after I already picked the phone and spent 10 minutes with you. Your manager is a liar. And you’re more than welcome to share my number with him if you still have my information there. I just want to say crickets reaponse makes it look like I had bad service at the store. That’s not the case at all my service at the store was perfect. My problem was with the lying main manager!! Devin was the employee who helped me. He did nothing wrong at all. It was the lying manager who this review is about. And my recommendation is take some time and order online and skip the store if you want to avoid an activation charge.

Between what customer service told me on the phone and what the lady in the store told me, it turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Note that it wasn't the lady in the stores fault she was very helpful. It was the moron on the phone I spoke with that gave me false information and could have saved 20 minutes of my life.
