  Haven’t ate here in awhile due to food quality but, saw under new management and thought we’d try again.I ordered 3 footlong subs. All of them were made wrong. BMT mayo only was plain. Ham didn’t have all toppings requested and had so much mayo/pepper it was nasty, Philly steak w/banana pepper only had a pile of mayo which my husband hates and was not requested. They were soggy and gross. 40.00 and it was nasty! Jersey Mike’s will have our business from now on.

  If someone could ever answer the phone I’d be happy to give a good rating but this 6 calls no answer is ridiculous.

  Olivia made one of my protein pockets wrong and I asked her if she could please fix it. Immediately an attitude followed by slamming my other items down and proceeded to make it the sloppiest way she knew how. I understand it’s frustrating but given I asked nicely I was disappointed by her response.

  We stopped off to grab sandwiches and snacks before heading to Bristol Motor Speedway for the race. Excellent food, fast service
