I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Subway location. The restaurant felt dirty overall, and it didn’t seem like they were following normal Subway standards (they weren’t even using Subway-branded napkins or bags). During my order, the employee tried to skip several toppings I specifically asked for, and they rushed past the rewards screen before I could properly enter my phone number for points.
They were also out of multiple cup lids, the tables were shoved into a dark corner, and the drink dispenser was dirty enough that I decided to get my drink from the Dollar General next door instead. On top of that, it took a few minutes for the employees to get off their cellphones before anyone even acknowledged me.
The bread didn’t taste fresh, and overall the atmosphere made it feel like they didn’t want customers dining inside. This location could definitely use some attention from corporate.
