  I frequent this location at least once per week. For the longest time now there were two guys working in there who kept the place clean, made great sandwiches fast, and just in general ran a great operation. Now all of a sudden they are no longer there and they have a new man and woman working. Not to be rude, and I know they are trying, but he is slow and doesn't know what he is doing. She's a little better, but not by much. The toppings options seem in disorder now, a random fly or two hovering around the topings, and then the drain by the tea at the drink station has gnats. I don't know why in the world they got rid of the two guys that had been working there for so long, but I am about ready to mark this place off the list to go back.

  I visited this Subway location in December 2025 and felt uncomfortable with the customer service. One of the employees kept asking me personal questions, even after I politely answered once and mentioned it was a personal choice. Even though I had already given a clear response, he repeated the same question in a way that felt intrusive and unprofessional. I also noticed, similar to other reviews, that staff can sometimes be distracted with phone calls or conversations with coworkers instead of giving customers proper attention. As a paying customer, I expect a simple and respectful interaction without being pushed to explain my personal life. I hope management can address this so other customers can have a more comfortable experience in the future.
