  Staff were not very engaging or patient. Tried to inquire about BOGO Footlong and they were too busy telling me I had to purchase online instead of listening to the question I was asking about how to purchase online.

  I sent my husband to get me a cheese steak sub. They ask him what he wanted on it. He told them bell peppers & onions assuming that the usual stuff would be on it. What he brought me was a dry and awful sandwich with a small amount of meat, bell peppers and onions. Nothing else, not even the cheese. Why is it called a cheese steak if you have to tell them cheese? It didn’t even have mayo. And they don’t take coupons either!
