Front desk person was rude and not helpful, store manager would not talk to me or provide solutions to get packaged shipped.

The employee working was less than helpful with the machines malfunctioning. I spent ten minutes waiting at the printer. I ended up downloading the app and printing it through that while standing in the store. A total of 20 minutes spent inside to have a single document printed. Luckily the manager walked in at 17 minutes and finally printed it. I should note that the store was not busy in the least bit.
