  Holly was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was extremely efficient. Made it so easy for me. I have complete confidence in UPS because of how capable Holly was. I love this new location. So much more convenient than the Pigeon Forge location. Nice to have the option of a UPS location in Gatlinburg. Thank you!!

  I absolutely hate returning items; As I order a lot of items online! But since I found the NEW UPS Store in my area, Its a Breeze! Perfect location away from heavy traffic! Tiffany is wonderful, she’s very accommodating, I love her customer service. I’m in and out of the store in minutes and my package is on its way back to the retailer! In the past I would always just keep items if could not use them and would give them away. Not anymore I will be sending all items back since store is so convenient. Thank you, UPS Store on HWY 321 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!

  Super friendly and helpful gal helped me with my Amazon return. So convenient- no packing needed, just drop off! Store is very nice and tidy inside. They also have mailboxes for rent.

  The help I received for returning my product to Amazon was quick and efficiently handled. Wish they had better parking but this store is convenient here in Gatlinburg.
