  Usually don't leave anything but 5 star reviews, but hopefully someone will read this and make slighly better scheduling decisions. The entire store was run by high school kids and absolutely nobody with experience to help these kids. The system went down and there wasn't anyone that could assist them or the clients. Hiring summertime help is awesome but I would recommend having at least 1 adult over the age of 18 running a multi-service store with high volume traffic, especially when you have summer help from teens with little experience to handle complicated situations and tasks. Just a thought.

  I wish these were not franchise. This place is so rude. They really don’t want to take care of Amazon returns and even though they may have employees that are free to take care of you, they want you to do the kiosk. One time I was there and the lines were horrible, and the one employee was just chatting away on a personal level with someone. Which would be fine, but both lines were out the door. When I asked for the manager, it turns out it was the owner and it turns out that the employee was actually her child, which is why she kindly escorted me out the door and told me I could go somewhere else. Horrible
