Paid over fifty dollars and realized they charged us for an extra sandwich. The lady argued about it but eventually we got a refund. They wouldn’t toast our sandwich lol.
I’m not sure what’s going on here today but I’m not arguing with someone’s teenagers. Bottom tier customer service and supposedly they were on the phone with the manager who ok’d this.

I ordered veggie delight sandwich on drive thru , but when I opened my sandwich at home what do I see in my sandwich is full of meat. I am vegetarian by my religion. Employees were excellent . Assistant manager gave me my money back on the spot. Mistakes can happen by anyone. They have accepted their fault kindly. I like this subway store. Good people and clean place. 5 stars for everything they deserve.
