  Had the best experience today with sweet Harrison. I came in with 19 returns and was feeling so bad about taking up so much time. I explained that I live far away and have 3 littles and it’s hard to come into town on a regular basis. He literally said, “Well thank you for choosing us! I’m sure if you live far away there were several other locations you could have stopped in at, so thank you for coming here!” I mean what incredible customer service! Harrison never made me feel rushed and was honestly just a total gem. 10/10 recommend UPS on Mallory Lane and Harrison gets all the stars! ⭐️

  JOSEPH IS THE BEST!!!! So kind and so patient, if there were more people like him in the world… the world would be a much better place! I truly appreciated his willingness to help me, this is a great store!

  This store has such a calm, inviting environment. I went in today with a lot of packages and needed extra help assembling them. Pam and Harrison went above and beyond! Thanks!
