  The people working at this location are exceptionally polite and attentive. I visited a few times now and have always been pleased with the customer service. Ms. Carissa went above and beyond making sure that my needs and expectations were surpassed. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

  When to drop off a package for return via Happy Returns program. I hit every light wrong and didn't arrive till 5:00. Harrison and Joe were very helpful. I called to let them know I'd be there right at 5. They said to come on in, they would take the package. I will be coming back to this location in the future for my shipping and return package needs.

  Harrison and Joseph, I would give 10 stars if I could. They have the customer service you wish all employees could have. HARRISON, who helped with my transaction, let me tell anyone who’s looking. You would be beyond lucky to have anyone as close to as good of an employee Harrison seems to be. Any business or company with him would flourish. Same with his partner Joe. They served some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, funny , professional, helpful , knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Keep doing what you’re doing Harrison and Joseph, it will pay off. You guys are killing it , stay cool.

  A+ service ALL DAY LONG! I stopped in to ship some luggage on Sunday, 14 June, and I was helped out by a really nice young kid named Harrison, went way above and beyond, and honestly made me hate the town where I live even more than I already do because all these people encounter in Nashville are just the best human beings I’ve ever encountered. Thank you, Harrison. I appreciate you very much.!!

  I had an outstanding experience at UPS. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a package I had already sent but realized needed an additional item included. They immediately started looking for it and were even willing to search through the entire truck to locate it. Thankfully, they found the package before it came to that, but their willingness to put in that level of effort was truly impressive. Customer service like this is rare, and I am incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and dedication to helping me. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience!
