I agree with some of the earlier comments and really miss the old crew that used to work here. What caused the change? The new store manager has a lot of work ahead to win back local customer satisfaction.
The new manager of the UPS store in Harpeth Village, P***, is rude, incompetent, curt, unhelpful and has literally ruined this store. The 'vibe' is so bad that I will only go on weekends when he is not there. No customer service skills. Not a very good boss, as I have heard him scream and berate the crew - all of which have so far been the total opposite and the only reason I still go there. Soon there will be no store to manage. You are losing customers and have already lost most of the good staff that was there before he arrived. Extremely disappointed in the downturn. Will not recommend this to anyone looking for help with a package or a mailbox. Look elsewhere.

Usually have great experiences here, but today was an unfortunate exception. The man working alongside two younger gentleman was rude, short, and condescending. I walked in shortly before 6:15, waited a few moments until my turn, and then went up to the counter. The man asked what I needed. I said I had to ship three different packages to three different recipients. He physically huffed and puffed, checking his watch as if we didn’t have 15 minutes until the store closed. Super condescending to both me and his coworkers throughout the interaction. I left without shipping the last package given how bad the encounter was. Extremely disappointing and totally avoidable.
The owner or manager is always unfriendly and not helpful when I come here. The younger employees are typically really friendly and kind. I go out of my way to other UPS stores when I can to avoid him.
