  Carissa helped me have an outstanding experience! She was so quick to print and package my return and had such a friendly and professional manner. She did all this even though I needed to place my return at FedEx! Wonderful experience - highest praises for Carissa who truly took ownership and gives exceptional service.

  10 Stars if i could. I have been using this location since they open and the customer service is ALWays top notch. But today was even above and beyond Amazing. I had an international package that need to go out and i was in a hurry. The process was not straightforward, but the staff and owner took the time to get it out. I had to leave before the transaction was complete, but they finished it and called me with the tracking number and receipt.

  If UPS corporate wants to have a poster store on how their stores should be running please visit this store! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience, plus I always hear other customers in the store talking about how surprised they are on the friendliness and efficiency. This comes from the employees and owner. But you know the difference comes from the top. If you need any service from a UPS store visit this store.

  "I had a fantastic experience at this UPS location thanks to Bergen and Sawyer. I came in to print a document but ran into a frustrating technical issue with a link. They stepped in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and handled it with incredible grace and efficiency. Their expertise got me in and out much faster than I expected. Truly top-tier customer service!"
