  I had several issues with door dash and getting an order for my husband made right because he has health issues and can't eat certain things. After I received two sandwiches made wrong, my husband went to the location across the street and they kindly offered to remake both sandwiches at no extra cost. That is what customer service is all about. Even when you run into a problem, going out of your way to make the customer's experience end with a smile.

  We came around 12:30 on 8/15. Man working behind the counter was by himself with a crowded restaurant. He was not only efficient but treated each customer cheerfully and with kindness. He deserves a raise!
