  I don't know where the Cool Springs Subway went near AMC (always felt cleaner to me and accurate with always fresh bread) but in a bind I run here for kids dinner. Instead I decided to try the one at the Galleria mall Thursday May 28th around 615pm. First the boy had zero personality...I am not looking for bubbly Boy or chatty Cathy...but also not looking for a person who clearly has zero interest in being there...first red flag. Worse...I take it to go...he literally used garlic salt instead of plain salt. Game changer and in the WORST possible way...so $22 in sandwiches tossed in the trash and had to spend another $50 to door dash Chick-fil-a. I don't have the time to go all the way back and return the sandwiches. You have one job...its not hard, everything is labeled. What a waste, and to burden a complete stranger because you could care less!

  My sandwich was good but it said 3.99 on the menu and I didn't get chips or a drink or anything but the sandwich rang up as over 8 dollars. I understand taxes are getting high, but since when are they one hundred percent??? I might have gotten scammed, so if you do go here, protest if your total is significantly more than it says it should be on the menu.

  the lady making our sandwich was so rude, rolling her eyes and yelling if we couldn’t hear her don’t recommend going here.

  You have an incredibly repulsive, disrespectful, and appalling employee. She was very disrespectful, acting as if she was doing the job reluctantly, as if you were forcing her to do it. She was a Spanish woman, around 30-35 years old. You have a disrespectful employee who doesn't know what she's doing. We will never consider coming back and we would never recommend it. We strongly advise against going to a place where this woman works.

  I’ve worked at subway before and know what is and is not acceptable. First the bread was OLD. Not fresh like it should always be. The toaster didn’t even toast my sandwich so the cheese and bacon were still cold In the middle. The lady helping me stuffed my sandwich so much that it completely ripped the sandwich fully apart and I couldn’t eat it correctly. She was nice but she needs more training and should ask for help. It also took me 15 minutes to get my sandwich and I was 1 of 2 people in line.
