  I went in and showed them a price online for a part. Once they looked the part up for my vehicle the price was 40 dollars more. I asked why. Instead of trying to find out why they simply said you need to order it online to get that price. I clearly showed them in the website that it showed in store pickup. They argued. As it turns out the search result for my part wasn’t even correct. Partly my fault. Partly the way the search works. If they had simply taken a few minutes to look into it, to see why, I would have stayed and ordered the part. Instead they made an assumption, were rude, didn’t take the time to offer good customer serve. And instead I went down the street and THEY noticed the part was not for my vehicle. And that’s why the price was lower. They offered good customer service. So I ordered the right part there.

  Cody went above and beyond to help me with my truck. I was traveling through on vacation and wasn’t sure if I would be able to make it to my destination. Cody help me and got me on my way. I can not thank him enough.
