  Terri has helped us for years! We used to live in Elizabethton and now we live in Bristol. Today I drove from Bristol to Elizabethton because of her! I saw so many one star reviews that are for the company and not for this location that should not count against her.

  Amazing customer service!!! Out of all the carriers I have had in the past Cricket Wireless is the best service I have ever had I don't drop calls like I used to with my other carriers and the unlimited data is TRULY UNLIMITED. I would recommend Cricket to anyone!
