I had a terrible experience at your store on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The employee, David, provided the worst customer service I have ever received from Cricket.
I went into the store to ask about the current promotions and phone offers. First of all, David never greeted me when I walked in. Instead, he seemed annoyed that I interrupted him while he was looking at his cell phone. I asked him several questions, but he only answered one because he was too busy on his phone.
He even told me, “If you’re not going to buy anything, why are you asking questions?” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude was disrespectful, and it was obvious that he had no interest in helping me.
I stayed in the store for about 10 minutes, and during that entire time he never got up to assist me or even tried to engage with me. He remained on his phone the whole time. Honestly, I could have walked out with the entire store, and it seemed like he wouldn’t have noticed or cared.
Because of this experience, I left and will never return to that location. Customers like me are the reason employees have jobs, and they should appreciate every person who walks through the door, whether they are asking questions or making a purchase.
To the store owner: if this employee continues to represent your business, you will lose many more customers and sales.
